Personal Care at Home Bill Second Reading [Baroness Thornton]

Lord Scott of Foscote to move, as an amendment to the above motion, at end to insert but this House regrets that the draft Order gives power to inspectors appointed under article 8 to enter and search any premises, including any dwelling house, without first obtaining the consent of the occupier of the premises or obtaining from a judge or magistrate a warrant authorising the entry and search.
