8.Criminal Justice Bill—The report was received; amendments were moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; an amendment was disagreed to (see division list 1); an amendment was agreed to (see division list 2); amendments were agreed to; further consideration on report was adjourned.
9.Breast cancer and abortion—The Lord Alton of Liverpool asked Her Majesty’s Government what evidence links breast cancer with abortion; and what measures they are taking to alert women to any risks involved; after debate, the question was answered by the Baroness Andrews.
10.Criminal Justice Bill—The bill was further considered on report; an amendment was disagreed to (see division list 3); amendments were moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; amendments were agreed to; further consideration on report was adjourned after amendment 40.
