GOVERNMENT ACT COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 1997
Article 3
In Article 3(1), line 1, leave out ("paragraph")
and insert ("Order")
After Article 3
Insert the following new Article-
("3A. This Order shall come into operation on
a date to be determined by the Secretary of State for the Environment,
Transport and the Regions not being earlier than the date on which
he is satisfied that, in addition to the exchange land, not less
than 5.4 hectares of the Clanway Farm site will be provided for
the purpose of open space available to the public under the Open
Spaces Act 1906 being land of such nature and in such location
as in the opinion of the Secretary of State is suitable for that
purpose.")
