Letter to the Parliamentary Commissioner
for Standards from Mr Jonathan Upton
Thank you for your letter of 25 May. In my letter
to you of 20 April, I did express concerns about releasing personal
information about our staff and private information about the
Labour Partywhich has nothing to do with the House of Commons
or Members of Parliament.
Nevertheless, I have tried to co-operate with your
requests for assistance. My letter of 22 May contained the information
that you requested about salary payments made to Kevin Reid and
Chris Winslow. You have my assurance that all Labour Party documentation
shows that this information is correct. I think that this assurance
should be sufficient.
