Letter to the Parliamentary Commissioner
for Standards from Suzanne Hilliard
Thank you for sending me a copy of the transcript
of our meeting. Please find attached a note of the corrections
I wish to be made to the transcript you sent to me last week.
The majority of these are corrections to errors,
which have occurred in your transcription. However, I have added
a couple of points of clarification and have requested that you
remove certain sections, which I believe to be of a personal nature.
I regret that I am unable to obtain my telephone
records for this period. The telephone in my flat was a payphone
and I am unable to obtain the records. However, I have clarified
the position regarding my contact with Dr Reid over the period
of my employment and trust that this will negate the need for
me to provide these.
I feel that I have complied fully with all of the
demands which you have made of me at what you yourself have accepted
is a very difficult time, with my university degree examinations
little over a week away. I would therefore appreciate if you could
direct any further inquiries regarding my employment with Dr Reid
and Mr Maxton to the Members themselves.
