2 Message from the Lords,-A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:
The Lords have agreed to the Female Genital Mutilation Bill, without Amendment.
The Lords communicate that they have ordered that the quorum of the Select Committee appointed to join with a Committee of this House as the Joint Committee on Human Rights should be two.
The Lords communicate that they have made the following Amendment to the Order [9th September] relating to the appointment of a Joint Committee on a draft Gambling Bill: leave out the words 'within the United Kingdom'.
