Palliative Care Bill [hl] Baroness Finlay of Llandaff moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
Energy Efficiency and Microgeneration Bill [hl] Lord Redesdale moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
