HOUSE OF LORDS' ANNUAL REPORT AND BUSINESS
The Committee has agreed the House of Lords'
Annual Report for 2002-03, which will be published in September.
The Committee has also agreed the first House
of Lords' Business Plan, covering the period to 2006-07. The Plan,
which will be subject to annual rolling review, will also be published
MEMBERS' EXPENSES: SECRETARIAL COSTS
The Committee agreed that the category of Members'
Expenses now called "Secretarial Costs etc." should
in future be called "Office Costs", which more accurately
reflects the relevant Resolutions of the House and the types of
expenses that may be claimed within this category. The new heading
will appear in the expenses claim form when it is re-issued in
