Page 2, line 29, at end insert—
 

"ISAH Limited: Appointments

 3A   (1)   The Secretary of State shall appoint the chairman of ISAH Limited.
(2)      ISAH Limited shall establish a committee (the "ISAH Committee") consisting of seven members.
(3)      The chairman of ISAH Limited shall act as the chairman of the ISAH Committee.
(4)      The Secretary of State shall appoint an additional member of the ISAH Committee.
(5)      Five members of the ISAH Committee shall be appointed by an independent appointments panel, presided over by the chairman of ISAH Limited.
(6)      The appointments panel shall consist of between four and six members to be appointed by representatives of the Presidents of the National Farmers' Union, the Farmers' Union of Wales, the Country Landowners and Business Association and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
(7)      The appointments panel shall ensure, as far as practicable, that of the five members of the ISAH Committee they appoint, one is a veterinary surgeon, one is experienced in wildlife management or nature conservation, one is a solicitor holding a current practising certificate or a barrister and that two have knowledge of, and experience in, agriculture and rural affairs.
(8)      The appointments panel may appoint a technical adviser to ISAH Limited from one of the supervised bodies."
Page 2, line 29, at end insert—
 

"Investigations and hearings

       If, after conducting appropriate investigations and hearings, the ISAH Committee finds that on the balance of probabilities, a Hunt or an individual which is a member of, or registered with, a supervised body, has contravened the rules or codes of conduct set out by the supervising body, the ISAH Committee may revoke or suspend that Hunt's or that individual's membership of that supervised body; or may fine a Hunt or an individual or may issue a reprimand."
Page 3, leave out paragraph 6 and insert—
       "ISAH Limited shall make a report annually about its activities to the Secretary of State and the Secretary of State shall lay a copy before Parliament."
