     Page 20, line 35, at end insert ("other than a provision either--
          (i)  giving to a statutory corporation objects that differ from the objects of the relevant company to be converted into that statutory corporation, or to which the relevant company's assets are to be transferred, or
          (ii)  that results in assets held by a relevant company for charitable purposes being applicable by a statutory corporation for non-charitable purposes")
 
     Page 20, line 39, at end insert ("that is a charity (as defined in the Charities Act 1993)")  
     Page 20, line 45, leave out ("or any member of staff of the corporation")
