    (3)  In this section "financial year" means the period for which the statement of accounts referred to in section 34(1) is made up.")

        (2A)  In determining whether to designate an area as an environmentally sensitive area under subsection (1)(c) above, the Minister shall have regard to the register of sites of archaeological, architectural or historic interest in agricultural land maintained by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport."")
