SCHEDULE 3
 
  ORDERS UNDER SECTION 33
 
Preliminary
     1. - (1) The matters referred to in section 33(3)(a) are those set out in the following paragraphs of this Schedule.
 
      (2) In this Schedule references to "the corporation" are to the statutory corporation (within the meaning of section 33) to which the order in question relates.
 
 
Constitution
     2. The name of the corporation.
 
     3. The objects and functions of the corporation (including provision authorising the statutory corporation to make charges for services or facilities provided by it at the request of any person).
 
 
Appointments and tenure
     4. The appointment of a chairman and other members of the corporation (including the number, or any limit on the number, of members who may be appointed and any conditions to be fulfilled for appointment).
 
     5. The tenure of office of the chairman and other members of the corporation (including the circumstances in which they cease to hold office or may be removed or suspended from office).
 
     6. The appointment of and constitution of committees and sub-committees of the corporation (including committees and sub-committees which consist of or include persons who are not members of the corporation).
 
 
Procedure etc.
     7. The procedure of the corporation and any of its committees or sub-committees (including the validation of proceedings in the event of vacancies or defects in appointment).
 
     8. The delegation of the exercise of the corporation's functions.
 
 
Remuneration and allowances
     9. The payment of-
 
 
    (a) remuneration and allowances to the chairman or any other member of the corporation;
 
    (b) allowances to any member of a committee or sub-committee of the corporation; and
 
    (c) pensions, allowances or gratuities to or in respect of a person who is or has been the chairman or any other member of the corporation.
 
Staff
     7. The appointment of staff (including the number of staff to be appointed and any conditions to be fulfilled for appointment).
 
     8. The terms and conditions of appointment of staff.
 
 
Accounts
     9. The keeping of accounts and accounting records and the preparation of statements of account.
 
 
Reports and other information
     10. The preparation of reports.
 
     11. The provision of reports and other information to the Secretary of State or any other person.
