4.Nuclear Safeguards Bill [HL]—It was moved by the Lord McIntosh of Haringey that the Order of Commitment of 30th November be discharged and that the bill be committed to a Grand Committee; the motion was agreed to.
5.Limited Liability Partnerships Bill [HL]—It was moved by the Lord McIntosh of Haringey that the bill be now read a second time; after debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
6.Dental Auxiliaries (Amendment) Regulations 1999—It was moved by the Lord Burlison, on behalf of the Lord Hunt of Kings Heath, that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 2nd November be approved; the motion was agreed to.
