     ("  .--(1)  The Commission shall maintain a register of individuals eligible to be registered in an electoral register (as defined in section 52) who have given to the Commission a notification in accordance with subsection (2).
 
    (2)  A notification under this subsection must include such evidence as is necessary to prove to the satisfaction of the Commission that the individual giving the notification is eligible to be registered in an electoral register and must state that the individual wishes to be registered under this section for the purpose of donating to a registered party.
 
    (3)  A notification under subsection (2) shall cease to have effect twelve months after it is made.")
 
100     Insert the following new Clause-- 
     ("  .--(1)  The Commission shall keep and make available in electronic form to all registered parties a national register of all individuals for the time being registered in an electoral register.
 
    (2)  In this section, "electoral register" has the same meaning as in section 52.")

    (b)  a donation transmitted by the trustee to the party on behalf of beneficiaries under the trust who are--
          (i)  persons who at the time of its receipt by the party are permissible donors, or
          (ii)  the members of an unincorporated association which at that time is a permissible donor,
shall be regarded as a donation received by the party from a person who is not a permissible donor.")
