To move, That this House disagrees with the Lords in their Amendment.

To move the following Amendment to the Bill in lieu of the Lords Amendment:—

(a)

Page     25,     line     11,     at end insert—

      '(f) must give an undertaking that any subsequent use or disclosure of the communications data for purposes other than those specified in a notice will be subject to a modification of that notice.

    (2A) The modification specified in subsection 2(f) above will be that modification which arises from the application of the provisions of this Chapter as if the subsequent use or disclosure were to occur at the time that the notice was first given.'.
