Line     3,     leave out from '(determined' to end of line 4 and insert 'as the applicable turnover for the period of the business year preceding—

      (a) the date when the contravention ended, or

      (b) the date of imposition of the penalty, if the contravention has not ended,

    and that period shall not exceed twelve months)'.
