    (2)  In section 91(1), after "parliamentary candidate" there is inserted "or candidate for an elected mayor pursuant to section 10(1) or 10(4) of the Local Government Act 2000".
 
    (3)  In section 91(4), after paragraph (a) there is inserted--
    (aa)  who in the case of an election for mayor, is registered as an elector in the local authority area in question in the register to be used at the election, or".")
Mayoral candidate's right to send election address post free.
