General Medical Council (Voluntary Erasure and Restoration) Regulations Order of Council 2000 (S.I. 2000/2033) and five similar orders (S.I. 2000/2034, 2051, 2052, 2053, 2054) Unjustifiable delays in laying before Parliament and in notifying the Lord Chancellor and the Speaker of the House of Commons that they came into force before they were laid. Memoranda 14 May 2002 and 18 June 2002 Memorandum of 18 June makes clear that all necessary checks will be carried out in future to ensure Orders will be laid where required.
