Draft Report [Homelessness Bill], proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.

Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.

Paragraphs 1 to 12 read and agreed to.

Ordered, That a Paper (Memorandum from the Department of Transport, Local Government and the Regions) be appended to the Report.

Resolved, That the Report be the First Report of the Committee to each House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House of Commons and that Baroness Perry do make the Report to the House of Lords.
