15. Letter to the Telecomms Manager,
Parliamentary ICT, from Rt Hon Dr Liam Fox MP, 7 April 2009
This letter pertains to the use of the telephone
line [telephone number]. This line is utilised by both the office
fax machine and a handset.
The extension is used not only for House of Commons
business, but also business pertaining to my charitable organisation,
The Atlantic Bridge. Therefore, please bill this line separately
so I may pay for the cost of outgoing calls from this extension.
I enclose previous correspondence (Dated May 2006)
regarding this matter for your reference.[97]
Thus far, we have not received any correspondence from PICT responding
to this query or invoices as previously requested. To settle the
amount due, please invoice usage for extension [number] starting
from 16th May 2006.
