My letter dated 20 July 2001 and subsequent conversation
with the Registrar refer.
The previously reported rental estimates were based
on a standard commercial lease assuming that the tenant would
be responsible for the insurance of the property, internal and
external maintenance, and payment of rates. The figures therefore
represent the full profit element, ignoring any outstanding mortgage
or loan costs.
