Paragraphs 1.19 to 1.20 read, amended and agreed to.

A paragraph (now 1.21) brought up, read the first and second time, and inserted.

A paragraph (now 1.22) brought up, read and the first and second time, and inserted.

Paragraphs 2.1 to 4.5 read and agreed to.

Paragraph 4.6 read, amended and agreed to.

Paragraphs 5.1 to 12.6 read and agreed to.

Resolved, That the Report be the Thirty-Sixth Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.

Resolved, That the Committee do visit Athens, Malta and Cyprus in December 2002. — (The Chairman.)

Ordered, That the Chairman do seek the approval of the Liaison Committee for expenditure in connection with the said visit.
