Paragraph 3.7 read, amended and agreed to.

Paragraphs 4.1 to 4.8 read and agreed to.

Paragraph 4.9 read, amended, and agreed to.

Paragraphs 5.1 to 15.6 read and agreed to.

A new paragraph (now paragraph 15.7) brought up, read the first and second time, and inserted.

Paragraph 15.7 (now paragraph 15.8) read and agreed to.

Paragraphs (now paragraphs 15.9 and 15.10) brought up, read the first and second time, and inserted.

Paragraph 15.8 (now paragraph 15.11) read, amended, and agreed to.

Paragraphs 16.1 to 22 read and agreed to.

Resolved, That the Report be the Twenty-third Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.

Resolved, That the Chairman, two Members and the Clerk do attend the XXVIth COSAC in Madrid from 13 to 14 May 2002.
