Resolved, That the Report be the Fourth Special Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Responses by the Government and Ofsted to the Second Report, Session 2001-02, on Standards and Quality in Education: Annual Report of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Schools for 2000-01 be appended to the Special Report. — (The Chairman.)

Ordered, That the Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
