Subject:Complaint by Dean Nelson

Acknowledge receipt of so-called evidence. Note that large parts of it have no relevance to the inquiry you have conducted wrongly into my affairs.

Confirm that you are carrying out two separate inquiries as you told me. One into the employment by myself of Chris Winslow and the other into the employment of Kevin Reid & Suzanne Hilliard by Dr John Reid.

Confirm also that you have now sent me all the relevant material.

Thank you for your message. As I said in my letter I am still awaiting some clarification and will let you have any further information as soon as I receive it.

Will you confirm that you are carrying out two separate inquiries as you told me. One into the employment by myself of Chris Winslow and the other into the employment of Kevin Reid & Suzanne Hilliard by Dr John Reid. Any response I make if any is dependent on this.

I have treated these as separate as they concern alleged actions by two different Members. I would only expect you to deal with the matters which relate to you. I produced the documents which I sent to you as the clear way to set out the material. I will decide whether to produce two separate reports to the Committee when I have received both responses but if I think it is fairer or clearer to make two reports I shall do so. I am more than happy to discuss any of these issues with you at any time. I hope this is helpful.
