SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD BILL [LORDS]

    RESOLUTION OF THE PROGRAMMING SUB-COMMITTEE

       The Programming Sub-Committee appointed by the Speaker in respect of the Bill agreed the following resolution at its meeting on Monday 2nd April (Sessional Order C relating to Programming):

       That—

    (1)   during proceedings on the Social Security Fraud Bill the Standing Committee do meet on Tuesday 3rd April at half-past Ten o'clock, on Thursday 5th April at five minutes to Ten o'clock, and on Monday 9th April between half-past Four o'clock and Seven o'clock;

    (2)   the proceedings on the Bill shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Monday 9th April at Seven o'clock.


       Mr Jeff Rooker has given notice of his intention to move a motion in the terms of the resolution of the Programming Sub-Committee. Debate on such a motion may continue for half an hour. [Sessional Order C(6) relating to Programming (7th November 2000)].
