Orders.     6. - (1) A power to make an order under this Act is exercisable by statutory instrument.
      (2) A statutory instrument containing an order made under section 1 is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
Money.     7. There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other enactment.
Extent.     8. This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
Commencement.     9. This Act (except this section) comes into force in accordance with provision made by the Secretary of State by order.
Citation.     10. This Act may be cited as the Outworking Act 2001.
