PRAYERS.
1Message from the Lords,—A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:
 
        The Lords have agreed to the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Bill, with an Amendment; to which the Lords desire the concurrence of this House.
2Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Bill,—Ordered, That the Lords Amendment to the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Bill be considered forthwith.—(Mr Jim Dowd.)
 
        The House proceeded to consider the said Amendment.
 
        The Lords Amendment (in page 3, line 31, after the word 'out' to insert the word 'in') was agreed to.
3Adjournment (The Government's Priorities for women: progress on their delivery),—A Motion was made and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn (Mr Jim Dowd);
 
        The Motion was, with the leave of the House, withdrawn.
4Northern Ireland,—A Motion was made, pursuant to Order [5th March], That the draft North/South Co-operation (Implementation Bodies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999, which was laid before this House today, be approved—(Mr Paul Murphy);
 
        And the Question being put:—It was agreed to.
5Northern Ireland,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Northern Ireland (Modification of Enactments—No. 1) Order 1999, which was laid before this House on 22nd February, be approved—(Mr David Jamieson):—It was agreed to.
6Protection of Children Bill [Money],—Her Majesty's Recommendation having been signified to the proposed Motion relating to Protection of Children Bill [Money];
 
        Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Protection of Children Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
 
          (a) any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State under or by virtue of the Act; and
 
          (b) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.—(Mr David Jamieson.)
7Public Petitions,—Public Petitions from residents of the United Kingdom for an inquiry into the establishment of a non-military security fund were presented and read; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.
8Adjournment,—A Motion being made made, and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn—(Mr Kevin Hughes);
