1    First Delegated Legislation Committee,—Derek Conway reported from the First Delegated Legislation Committee the draft Association of Law Costs Draftsmen Order 2006.

2    Second Delegated Legislation Committee,—Mr David Wilshire reported from the Second Delegated Legislation Committee the draft Compensation Act 2006 (Contribution for Mesothelioma Claims) Regulations 2006.

3    Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill,—The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill, as amended in the Standing Committee.

    A Clause (NC1) (Individual officers' liability)—(Mr Andrew Dismore)—brought up and read the first time.

    Question proposed, That the Clause be read a second time:—Clause, by leave, withdrawn.

    Another Clause (NC3) (Liability of holding company)—(James Brokenshire)—brought up and read the first time.

    Question proposed, That the Clause be read a second time:—Clause, by leave, withdrawn.

    An Amendment (No. 1) proposed to the Bill, in page 1, line 11, at the end, to insert the words—

    '(d) a partnership;

    (e) an unincorporated association.'.—(Mr Andrew Dismore.)

    Question put, That the Amendment be made.

    And the Question being proposed:—It was agreed to.

    The Bill was accordingly read the third time, and passed.

4    Rating and Valuation,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Delegated Legislation Committees), That the draft Non-Domestic Rating (Chargeable Amounts) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2006, which were laid before this House on 24th July, in the last Session of Parliament, be approved—(Huw Irranca-Davies):—It was agreed to.

5    Northern Ireland,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Delegated Legislation Committees), That the draft Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, which was laid before this House on 9th October, in the last Session of Parliament, be approved—(Huw Irranca-Davies):—It was agreed to.

6    Income Tax,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Delegated Legislation Committees), That the draft Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Poland) Order 2006, which was laid before this House on 25th October, in the last Session of Parliament, be approved—(Huw Irranca-Davies):—It was agreed to.

7    Consultation on Fisheries Management Proposals,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 119 (European Standing Committees), That this House takes note of European Union Document No. 9898/06: Commission Communication on improving consultation on Community fisheries management; and supports the Government's objective of ensuring the long-term sustainability of fish stocks through an effective management process, whilst at the same time providing a sustainable future for the UK fishing industry—(Huw Irranca-Davies):—It was agreed to.

8    Adjournment,—A motion was made and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn—(Huw Irranca-Davies);

    And it being Ten o'clock, the Motion for the adjournment lapsed without Question put.
