    And it being three hours after the commencement of proceedings on the first Motion relating to reports on Police Grant, the Deputy Speaker put the Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Motions relating to reports on Police Grant, pursuant to Order [31st January].

11    Constitutional Law,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2006, which was laid before this House on 6th December, be approved—(Joan Ryan):—It was agreed to.

12    Constitutional Law,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 2006, which was laid before this House on 6th December, be approved—(Joan Ryan):—It was agreed to.

13    Industrial and Provident Societies,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968 (Audit Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2006, which was laid before this House on 12th December, be approved—(Joan Ryan):—It was agreed to.

14    Industrial and Provident Societies,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Community Benefit Societies (Restriction on Use of Assets) Regulations 2006, which were laid before this House on 12th December, be approved—(Joan Ryan):—It was agreed to.

15    European Communities,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft European Communities (Definition of Treaties) (Cooperation Agreement between the European Community and its Member States and the Swiss Confederation to Combat Fraud) Order 2006, which was laid before this House on 19th December, be approved—(Joan Ryan):—It was agreed to.
