2    Criminal Law (Amendment) (Protection of Property) Bill,—Ordered, That the adjourned Debate on the Question proposed on 2nd December, That the Criminal Law (Amendment) (Protection of Property) Bill be now read a second time, be resumed on Friday 3rd March.

3    Government of Wales Bill [1st allocated day],—The House, according to Order, resolved itself into a Committee on the Government of Wales Bill.

4    Northern Ireland,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Disability Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, which was laid before this House on 7th December, be approved—(Kevin Brennan):—It was agreed to.

5    Charter of Human Rights and Commission Legislative Proposals,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 119 (European Standing Committees), That this House takes note of the European Union Document No. COM (2005) 172, Commission Communication on Compliance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights in Commission legislative proposals; and supports the Government's position that the communication establishes ways in which the Commission could improve the compliance of its proposals with aspects of community law related to fundamental rights and the Charter remains a non-legally binding showcase of existing rights—(Kevin Brennan):—It was agreed to.

6    Finance and Services,—Ordered, That Charlotte Atkins be discharged from the Finance and Services Committee and Barbara Keeley be added.—(Joan Ryan, on behalf of the Committee of Selection.)
