2    Second Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,-Janet Anderson reported from the Second Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Continuance in force of sections 21 to 23) Order 2004.

3    Seventh Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,-David Taylor reported from the Seventh Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Prison (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004.

4    Northern Ireland Grand Committee,-Mr James Cran reported from the Northern Ireland Grand Committee the draft Budget (Northern Ireland) Order 2004, referred to it on 9th February.

5    Employment Relations Bill [Money],-Her Majesty's Recommendation having been signified to the proposed Motion relating to Employment Relations Bill [Money];

    A Motion was made, and the Question being put, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Employment Relations Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the Act in sums payable out of money provided by Parliament under any other enactment-(Mr Gerry Sutcliffe);

    The House divided.

      Tellers for the Ayes, Mr Fraser Kemp, Paul Clark: 261.

      Tellers for the Noes, Mr David Wilshire, Mr Hugo Swire: 123.

    So the Question was agreed to.
