1    Anti-social Behaviour Bill,-Mr James Cran reported from Standing Committee G, That it had gone through the Anti-social Behaviour Bill, and made Amendments thereunto.

2    Fourth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,-Mr Eric Illsley reported from the Fourth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Release of Short-Term Prisoners on Licence (Amendment of Requisite Period) Order 2003.

    Minutes of Proceedings of the Committee to lie upon the Table.

3    Clergy Discipline Measure,-Resolved, That the Clergy Discipline Measure, passed by the General Synod of the Church of England, be presented to Her Majesty for Her Royal Assent in the form in which the said Measure was laid before Parliament.-(Mr Stuart Bell.)

4    Municipal Waste Recycling Bill [Money],-Her Majesty's Recommendation having been signified to the proposed Motion relating to Municipal Waste Recycling Bill [Money];

    Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Municipal Waste Recycling Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other enactment.-(Mr Michael Meacher.)

5    Adjournment (Matters to be considered before the forthcoming adjournment),-A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn-(Joan Ryan);

    The Motion was, with leave of the House, withdrawn.

6    Public Petitions,-Public Petitions from-

    (1) residents of South Swindon against the unrestricted opening of pharmacies able to dispense NHS prescriptions;

    (2) Michael Morrell against the unrestricted opening of pharmacies able to dispense NHS prescriptions;

7    Public Petitions,-A Public Petition from Liz Hill and others against restrictions on the availability of natural health products was presented; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.
