PRAYERS.

1    Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism,-A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That the draft Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Continuance in force of sections 21 to 23) Order 2003, which was laid before this House on 23rd January, be approved-(Mr Secretary Blunkett);

    And it being one and a half hours after the commencement of proceedings on the Motion, the Deputy Speaker put the Question, pursuant to Standing Order No. 16 (Proceedings under an Act or on European Union documents):-It was agreed to.

    Resolved, That the draft Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Continuance in force of sections 21 to 23) Order 2003, which was laid before this House on 23rd January, be approved.

2    Adjournment (Intelligence and Security Committee Report on the Terrorist Bombings in Bali),-A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn-(Mr John Heppell);

    The Motion was, with leave of the House, withdrawn.

3    National Health Service,-Ordered, That the Local Authority (Overview and Scrutiny Committees Health Scrutiny Functions) Regulations 2002 (S.I., 2002, No. 3048), Commission for Patient and Public Involvement in Health (Functions) Regulations 2002 (S.I., 2002, No. 3007) and Commission for Patient and Public Involvement in Health (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 2002 (S.I., 2002, No. 3038) be referred to a Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation.-(Charlotte Atkins.)

5    Public Accounts,-Ordered, That Angela Eagle be discharged from the Committee of Public Accounts and Mr Sin Simon be added.-(Charlotte Atkins.)

6    European Scrutiny,-Ordered, That Roger Casale be discharged from the European Scrutiny Committee and John Robertson be added.-(Charlotte Atkins.)

7    Adjournment,-Resolved, That this House do now adjourn.-(Charlotte Atkins.)

    And accordingly the House, having continued to sit till twenty-three minutes past Eight o'clock, adjourned till to-morrow.
