1    Local Government Bill,-Mr Win Griffiths reported from Standing Committee A, That it had agreed to the following Resolution in respect of the Local Government Bill:

    That the Committee recommends that, for paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Programme Order [7th January] in relation to the Local Government Bill, there be substituted-

      '4. Proceedings on consideration and Third Reading shall be completed in two days.

      4A. Proceedings on consideration shall be taken on each of the days as shown in the following Table and shall be taken in the order so shown, and each part of the proceedings shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the time specified in the third column of the Table.

3    Sixth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,-Miss Anne Begg reported from the Sixth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2003.

    Minutes of Proceedings of the Committee to lie upon the Table.

4    Food Justice Strategies Bill,-Alan Simpson, supported by Mr David Amess, Mr Don Foster, Dr Howard Stoate, Alice Mahon, Mr Simon Thomas, Mr David Drew, Dr Ian Gibson, John McDonnell, Ms Diane Abbott, Mr Kelvin Hopkins and Mr Mike Wood presented a Bill to require the production and implementation of food justice strategies to eradicate food poverty; to make provision as regards the content of those strategies; and for connected purposes: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Friday 11th July and to be printed [Bill 58].

5    Adjournment (Education for 14 to 19 year olds),-A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn-(Mr Ivor Caplin);

    And it being Six o'clock, the Motion for the adjournment of the House lapsed, without Question put.

6    Northern Ireland,-A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, which was laid before this House on 16th January, be approved-(Dan Norris):-It was agreed to.

7    Employment and Training,-A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Industrial Training Levy (Construction Board) Order 2003, which was laid before this House on 20th January, be approved-(Dan Norris):-It was agreed to.

9    Public Petitions,-A Public Petition from the Epsom Common Association against the inclusion of roundabout access on the B280 in a planning application relating to the West Park Site, Epsom was presented and read; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.
