    We, Your Majesty's dutiful and loyal subjects, the Commons of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in Parliament assembled, beg leave to offer our humble thanks to Your Majesty for the Gracious Speech which Your Majesty has addressed to both Houses of Parliament;

    And the Question being again proposed:-The House resumed the adjourned Debate.

CORRIGENDUM

    In the Votes and Proceedings of Thursday 14th November 2002, in Appendix II, item 7, relating to the Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Additional Designations) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 (S.I., 2002, No. 2614), should not have appeared.
