39     Children's Commissioner for Wales Bill,-The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the Lords Amendments to the Children's Commissioner for Wales Bill.

40    Armed Forces Bill (Programme) (No. 3),-A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Order [2nd April], That the following provisions shall apply to the Armed Forces Bill for the purpose of supplementing the Orders of 9th January and 2nd April:

Consideration of Lords Amendments

    1. Proceedings on Consideration of Lords Amendments to the Bill shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour after their commencement.

Subsequent stages

    2. (1) Any further Message from the Lords on the Bill shall be considered forthwith without any Question being put.

42    Social Security Contributions (Share Options) Bill (Programme) (No. 3),-A Motion was made, and the Question was put forthwith, pursuant to Order [8th February], That the following provisions shall apply to the Social Security Contributions (Share Options) Bill for the purpose of supplementing the Orders of 23rd January and 8th February:

44    Public Petitions,-A Public Petition from Vicky Roberts and Yvonne Howe for licensing of and restrictions upon the ownership of air weapons by minors was presented; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.

45    Adjournment,-A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn-(Mr David Clelland);

46    Royal Assent,-The Speaker notified the House, in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967, that Her Majesty had signified her Royal Assent to the following Acts, agreed upon by both Houses:
