5Third Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,—Mr Nicholas Winterton reported from the Third Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Data Protection (Subject Access Modification) (Social Work) Order 2000, the draft Data Protection (Subject Access Modification) (Health) Order 2000, the draft Data Protection (Subject Access Modification) (Education) Order 2000, the draft Data Protection (Processing of Sensitive Personal Data) Order 2000, the draft Data Protection (Miscellaneous Subject Access Exemptions) Order 2000, the draft Data Protection (Designated Codes of Practice) Order 2000, and the draft Data Protection (Crown Appointments) Order 2000.
 
        Minutes of Proceedings of the Committee to lie upon the Table.
6Message from the Lords,—A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:
 
        The Lords have agreed to the Northern Ireland Bill, without Amendment.
 
        The Lords have agreed to the Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar (Enskay Causeway) Order Confirmation Bill, without Amendment.
7Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill,—The Order of the day being read, for the Second Reading of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill;
 
        And a Motion being made, and the Question being put, that the Bill be now read a second time;
 
        The House divided.
