Received on 16 December 2011, settlement of £200,000 from News Group Newspapers, 1 Virginia St, London E98 1XY in respect of a civil legal action brought by me following phone hacking, invasion of privacy and harassment. 50% donated to charity.  (Registered 22 December 2011)

As part of my voluntary role as Deputy Mayor of the Olympic Village, for which I was fully accredited , I attended various Olympic events free of charge between 21 July 2012 and 13  August 2012. I received a further accredited pass for the closing ceremony and a single guest ticket which I passed to a member of my family.  (Registered 10 August 2012 )
